Who We Are

Built on
Experience

Founded in 2013, Boghos Properties is a full-service real estate development firm dedicated to maximizing asset value through strategic vision and disciplined execution. The firm's principal has led development and entitlement efforts spanning more than 2,000 apartment homes, 300,000 square feet of industrial space, and over $1 billion in investment.

Development is never a solo effort. Boghos Properties' strength lies in the relationships it builds — with neighbors, municipalities, and best-in-class partners — and in the trust earned by delivering on its word, project after project.

What Guides Us

Our Values

Partnership

The best projects are built together. We forge lasting relationships with neighbors, municipalities, and partners — and measure success by the strength of those bonds.

Integrity

We do what we say. Every relationship — with communities, partners, and lenders — is grounded in honesty, transparency, and accountability.

Vision

We see what overlooked sites can become, pairing creative thinking with thoughtful design to build places that are both modern and made to endure.

Stewardship

We build with the long view in mind, making environmentally responsible decisions that leave every neighborhood better than we found it.
